The Thirtieth Sunday of the Year Yr. A

A  Psalter/Daily Office Book Wk. 2

British Summer Time ends: The clocks go back 1 hour today

Sung Mass 11.00am

Good Morning and welcome to our Sunday Mass today. We thank Fr Peter Hudson for celebrating Mass with us last week; and for the goodly help we got, and numbers attending here. Thank you to the congregation. As we keep up our prayers, and good works, for the Middle East and the Holy Land, we re-iterate the call of Pope Francis for an end to these hostilities. ‘In the end we are all defeated by war, and war begets more bloodshed beyond its bounds’. That can be prayer for our world during the Peace before Communion at Mass today and every day.
