Sung Mass 11.00am

The Mass today was offered for Mrs Alice Deadman of Fellows Court Estate. Alice celebrated her 95th birthday on the 29th October. With the help of some dedicated parishioners and local friends she threw a lovely party with a cooked Sunday dinner after Mass. She is a regular communicant here; and a much loved part of the locality. Our congratulations to her and her family.

Visit by Bishop Jonathan

A few people with their bishop,  +Jonathan,  after Sung High Mass on Sunday 24th October 2021.

Aiena Omo-Barre & her volunteers catered for over 50 people in the Hall after Mass.  The sun certainly shone on St Chad’s Parish that morning. The bishop encouraged us to go forward in discipleship, casting off our old cloak; just like the blind beggar, Timaeus, did in the gospel we heard.
